Non Governmental organizations are coming up fast in to existence to supplement the Governmental activities to uplift the poor and downtrodden. They get their fund from various countries all over the world and engage themselves in various fields like sanitation, education and rural health. The subsidy component given by various implementing authorities are routed through such NGOs at the grass root level to reach the poor. They involve themselves to educate the public to use such facilities given by the Governmental Agencies.
